  • Courses: Eligible for a full refund if requested within 14 days of purchase and less than 20% of the content has been accessed.
  • Workshops: Refundable if canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
  • Subscription Services: Cancel anytime, and you won’t be charged for the following billing cycle.
